Mariam Kuchuloria has 20 years of experience in private and public sector engagement, business support organization development, building coalitions, strategic planning, stakeholder facilitation, labor relations, advocacy service, the adoption of regulations and policies relevant for businesses and supporting them in the implementation process.

At present, Mariam works at the US based Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE).

She is a member of the Authorization Council of Professional Educational Institutions and is actively engaged in developing relevant educational programs for private sector development.

She has participated in the implementation of large-scale projects related to the strengthening of the private sector and the improvement of the business environment which were financed by large international development partners such as the European Union and the governments of Germany, Sweden, Austria and the US.

Mariam is the Co-founder of the European Business Association Georgia (EBA). During the short period of time since its establishment, she and the association’s partners have successfully managed to raise its recognition, increase its membership base and establish it as one of the leading and reputable business support organizations in Georgia.

Mariam has a Master’s degree in Law/International Law. She has provided legal and advisory services to companies from various industries, including the banking, insurance, construction, energy, transportation and logistics sectors which included the legal regulation of the companies’ internal corporate governance as well as representing them with contractors, government agencies and courts.

During the past few years, she has participated and initiated a number of projects related to economic reforms in Georgia and has facilitated the necessary public-private dialogue around these reforms.
