Audronė Alijošiutė – Paulauskienė

Audronė Alijošiutė-Paulauskienė is a senior professional with over 20 years of experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility in both the corporate and public sectors. She specializes in developing sustainability strategies, stakeholder involvement, double materiality assessment, capacity building, social impact, and GRI and CSRD sustainability reporting.
Audronė is currently the senior consultant at Vesta Consulting, a Partnership Professor at Vilnius University, and an Independent Expert at the Lithuanian National Contact Point for the implementation of OECD Guidelines for multinational enterprises under the ministry of Economy and Innovations.
Audronė is the Co-founder and former Director of the NGO Environmental Centre for Administration and Technology (ECAT-Lithuania). She also served as the Co-founder, Chairperson, and Director of Lithuanian Sustainable Business Association LAVA. Audronė worked as an Environmental Expert at the Baltic Environmental Forum in Lithuania. Her responsibilities included overseeing chemical project activities and attracting business attention to environmental impact minimization.
She holds a degree in Geography from Vilnius University, Lithuania, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. From 2014 to 2021, she was a member of the State Progress Council. She has a passion for public speaking and served as a management board member and President of the Toastmasters public speaking club in Kaunas for several years.
