Diana Kiguradze is Visa's regional manager for the Caucasus region, overseeing the growth of the payments business in Georgia and Armenia.

The introduction of such important initiatives in the Caucasus region of Visa is attributed to Diana's leadership qualities, such as:

"She's Next Empowered by Visa" is an initiative aimed at encouraging the financial and career advancement of women small and medium business owners by providing them with necessary and diverse resources. Today She's Next platform unites over 1,000 women entrepreneurs in Georgia. Within the framework of She's Next, Diana herself is a volunteer mentor, sharing her valuable experience in strategic business management, financial management, and innovation with women entrepreneurs.

A successful partnership resulted in the joint project of Visa's Economic Security Program and USAID, titled "Ecommerce in a Box." This initiative helps small and medium-sized businesses by offering access to a variety of resources and tools, including online store creation, payment processing solutions, and marketing support. As a result of the project, more than 250 small and medium businesses across the country have been digitized.

It is worth noting Diana's strategy for developing sustainable approaches, which includes the digitization of regions. One of the outstanding projects is "Go Digital," implemented in partnership with Visa, Bank of Georgia, and USAID. Within this framework, these organizations assist businesses located near the administrative dividing line to digitize, enabling them to grow and develop with smooth business operations and orderly financial processes.

In connection with the 25th anniversary of Visa in Georgia, a charity campaign was implemented in cooperation with Visa and charte.ge to support high school students living in the regions of Georgia. The collected donations were used to provide new equipment to these students.

Due to Diana's leadership qualities and the important projects she has implemented, she has received the Visa award - Personal Go Beyond.
