Ms. Nino Bigvava’s exceptional dedication to CSR activities at EPAM in Georgia since August 2021 stands out as a shining example of leadership and selflessness.

While officially holding the position of Head of IA department at EPAM, Nino consistently contributes her time, energy, and expertise to coordinate CSR initiatives within the organization – a role that typically runs alongside an employee’s primary position. In the newly established Georgian office, Nino pioneered the EPAM e-KIDS course in 2021, setting a motivational precedent for her colleagues.

In 2023, Nino established partnerships with the “Millenium Innovation Award” and the “National Teacher Award” enabling EPAM to fund educational advancements and promote STEM skills among Georgian youth. Nino’s remarkable ability to create meaningful connections with everyone she encounters made these initiatives possible.

Nino shows great professionalism when working on funding the initiatives in Georgia. Her elaborate project proposals and ability to show a broader picture while highlighting the critical details persuade global CSR managers to provide financial and in-kind support.

Nino actively engages with partners’ initiatives through volunteering and pro bono work; as the co-founder of TedX talks in Georgia she uses her experience to motivate others in improving their skills.
