Efes Georgia - JSC "Lomisi"

EFES Georgia’s declared priority is to implement sustainable projects, which would be beneficial for society. The company believes that the most successful projects are implemented in partnership with different sectors,  utilizing united resources and competencies.

In its activities, EFES Georgia strives to support and develop local communities with strong focus on youth.

Natakhtari Fund established by the company in 2011 aims to empower youth without parental care and prepare them for independent living. Since then, in cooperation with the local non-governmental organization Association Our Home-Georgia, the Fund has contributed total GEL 1,042,593 to provide education, employment and psychological support to 660 young people without parental care.

The resources are allocated according to the individual needs of each beneficiary.

According to today's data, 90% of the young participants in the project are employed, and over 60% have long-term jobs. 340 young people received vocational and 72 - higher education. More than 220 young individuals learned the craft and went through an internship with a masters of different directions.

As a result of the advocacy campaign conducted by Natakhtari Fund and partner CSO, Tbilisi City Hall made a decision in 2022 to provide the GEL500 monthly assistance for 18-21 years-old youth who left small family-type homes and reside in Tbilisi; social support programs in number of regions of Georgia are gradually adding the young people leaving the state care system to the list of their beneficiaries.
