Tegeta

The "Wall of Care" project, now in its third year under Tegeta.care, is a standout initiative of Tegeta. This project was born from collaborative partnerships with beneficiaries of Tegeta Care, reflecting our commitment to making a positive impact on the community.

The project targets beneficiaries associated with various organizations, and we identify these groups with the assistance of organizations addressing a wide array of issues within the community.

Annually, we carefully choose 5-7 organizations that bring together elderly individuals and children facing diverse challenges. We engage with these groups, inviting beneficiaries to make a list of the gifts they want and write a letter to Santa. Subsequently, we gather these letters, digitize them, and showcase them on the Care Wall for wider visibility and support.

For the third consecutive year, beneficiaries of various organizations have eagerly anticipated New Year's gifts from Tegeta. Over this period, the project has fulfilled approximately 900 wishes, engaging over 1000 compassionate employees. Across the three-year span, we've collaborated with 15 organizations, with six new organizations in 2023 alone. This year, the project saw the fulfillment of over 200 wishes from these new organizations, thanks to the efforts of more than 300 employees, including those actively coordinating gift deliveries from different regions.

The Wall of Care serves as a platform for us to actively participate in positive transformations, eagerly anticipate the New Year, and witness countless smiling, joyful faces.

Furthermore, it unites Tegeta employees each year under a singular purpose: to collectively contribute to meaningful societal initiatives and foster the happiness of others.

As our partners and the organizations involved in the project have shared with us, each year after the Wall of Care, beneficiaries have high expectations, believing that the upcoming New Year will bring them the magic they seek and receive as a gift what they need the most. The project has already become a tradition and the number of applicants is increasing every year.

It's worth mentioning that at Tegeta, we are contemplating expanding the project to a larger scale, offering employees in various regions the chance to support organizations local to their areas. Our aim is to have Walls of Care established in all major branches of Tegeta by 2024.
