EPAM

EPAM focuses on encouraging young people to be curious and enjoy learning, especially when it comes to computer programming. EPAM e-KIDS invites young learners to enter the world of coding, with the overarching goal to inspire children's passion for programming. By providing knowledge and skills essential for a successful future in software engineering, the program strives to make a positive impact on the career aspirations of young learners.

The program is facilitated by dedicated EPAM employee volunteers who guide the young minds through JAVA and Scratch programming courses conducted in English, Georgian, and Russian, to ensure inclusivity for a diverse group of children. For flexibility and convenience for parents, the program offers a choice of online and offline learning sessions thus enabling the distant participation from locations outside Tbilisi.

In 2023, a total of 58 children enrolled in EPAM e-KIDS courses. Among them, 20 have successfully graduated, showcasing the program's effectiveness. Thirty children are currently enrolled in ongoing courses.

EPAM’s commitment to supporting education is further exemplified through initiatives like the Teacher's National Prize that aims to promote the role of teachers in Georgia, as well as "Pathway to Tech Future" program, designed to help high school students learn more about IT careers and receive mentorship support from EPAM IT professionals.

EPAM remains committed to leveraging its resources and expertise to support communities and contribute to building a better future for generations to come.
