PMCG operates worldwide and observes the highest standards of conduct following best practices in integrity, ethics, anti-discrimination and child protection, health and safety, and anti-corruption to promote good governance.   

Believing motivated and educated young people to be the strongest basis for effective development, PMCG implements equal opportunities at work, has staff development programs, finances the education of two master’s students at the International School of Economics at TSU (ISET), has a summer internship program for students in Georgia and worldwide and offers a scholarship for students with special needs. 

PMCG engages in environmentally-sustainable development, promotes the conservation of natural resources, biodiversity and heritage sites; plans disaster risk reduction and ensures compliance with environmental protection legislation in all countries in which it operates. Its very own Environmental Policy sets out its commitment to environmental protection.  
After ten years of supporting governments and communities to embrace economic liberty, PMCG formally introduced its CSR vision in 2017 and has since built a clear strategy and action plan focusing on all SDGs.
