The Universe Business Group introduces construction equipment to the Georgian market and conducts the necessary initial technical training for its customers. However, experience has shown that over time, technology development requires periodic retraining of technical personnel. Accordingly, in order to raise the qualifications of specialists working on the target construction sites and introduce them to the methodology of operation of modernized equipment and safety norms of the work process, the company has introduced the practice of special free master classes since 2017. 

In order to best adapt to the needs of a particular customer, the company's specialists supervise work at construction sites and in workshops and plan and conduct appropriate master classes for personnel to eliminate any deficiencies. For example, in 2022, numerous master classes were held on the rules of operation of rebar processing machines. Master classes were held both directly at the facilities, remotely and at the company's service centers. 

As a result of the master class project, the number of equipment repair calls to the company decreased by 30% as compared to 2022 which indicates that the technical staff has become more qualified and the equipment is being operated in accordance with the rules. The demand for the company's equipment has also increased. 

The project is still running successfully. Moreover, it went beyond the borders of Georgia and similar master classes were held abroad. In the future, the company plans to cooperate with vocational schools and actively engage in the training/retraining of future specialists in order to develop the project further.
