The supervisory board of ten members is designed to manage the funds collected in the foundation. They work free-of-charge to review the foundation's applications.

Financing from the TBC Employees for TBC Employees Foundation is received based on applications. The foundation has provided more than GEL 4 million in support as of today. In 2017, 153 applications were financed and GEL 742,547.8 was distributed. In the first three quarters of 2018, 146 applications were fnanced at a total of GEL 853,924. Financial aid is unlimited for the TBC employees; for family members, there are certain margins set. During the course of the work, funding from the foundation has been allocated for the treatment of severe diseases such as cancer, about 50 employees underwent processes to improve their eyesight, surgeries for employees and their family members were conducted and funding for tests abroad and rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities was also granted.
