WISSOL GROUP
The project partners were the environmental protection organization CENN, USAID, Adjara Group, Agency of Protected Areas, Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia, Farmers' Association of Georgia, Mountain Resorts Agency of Georgia, Marshall and Redberry.
Within the framework of the project, four field camps were conducted at the Ilia State University Scientific-Research Bases in which about 200 students took part. The students were given thematic lectures and seminars, took part in expeditions and they participated in joint clean-up actions. They also visited local farmers and assisted them in their everyday work; in the evenings, well-known poets, writers and musicians visited the camps and provided programs of entertainment. The camps helped student participants to get more information on specific topics, raise their awareness and understand their role in society. It is noteworthy that the students continue to work on the ideas developed during the project. The project will continue in the next year and will be available for students from all over the Georgia
