The project has been implemented since December 2018 to date

In 2018, the management of the company made its goal to implement significant changes related to staff. In order for the changes to bring actual results, an anonymous research study (qualitative and quantitative) on working satisfaction, involvement and loyalty was carried out with the help of invited experts. During the research, attention was paid to such issues as general mood, organizational values, corporate culture and communication, the role of the employee, the working environment and the relationship withmanagement, work and family, training and development, compensation and benefits, etc.  As a result of the survey, problematic issues were identified that became the basis for the action plan. Within the framework of the project:

  • The company moved to a modern business center and all technical problems were eliminated.
  • New mechanisms for compensation and bonus systems were introduced.
  • Training programs, working manuals and guidelines were developed for professional improvement; a special text-book for employees was developed.
  • Sports and intellectual activities were planned to strengthen the team and increase motivation.

A healthy working environment and conditions were established in the company as a result of the implemented activities, topics and approaches related to working relations with employees became transparent and systemic and the image of the company, staff involvement, loyalty and social responsibility have been improved and strengthened. As a result, the employee turnover indicator decreased by 10% in the last several years.
