PASHA BANK

The campaign was aimed at developing recreational spaces and improving the ecological conditions of the neighborhood. This event was the first time when the Bank financed tree planting in the capital.

As for greening and environmental activities throughout the country, the Bank celebrated the New Year of 2019 by planting Georgian oak trees (Quercus Iberica) and Imeretian oak trees (Quercus Imeretina) in the Ajameti Protected Area. The latter is included into the Red List of trees and assigned the status of an endangered species. During the past two years, Pasha Bank has also been conducting New Year activities in the Borjomi forest by planting 2,018 trees and 2,017 trees, respectively.

Traditionally, for the fourth time this year, the Bank will congratulate its employees and partners on New Year’s Eve by planting 2,020 trees.
