Consequently, there was not only a need to assess risks and develop corresponding preventive measures but also to plan the actions to be undertaken after incidents; at the same time, an ergonomic and safe environment was to be created.

To this end, the company undertook a number of measures:  a system of risk identification and assessment by job positions was developed, main risks and relevant preventive measures were determined, an incident inquiry form and incident registration book were developed as well as procedures for actions to be taken in emergency situations, etc. Furthermore, personnel were fully equipped with protective equipment, the working environment was equipped with all necessary safety devices and first aid points were placed in workshops. First aid trainings were conducted for employees and employees were trained in the safe evacuation of personnel from the territory in emergency situations.

As a result of the project, the working environment has become more comfortable and safer and employees feel better protected.
