The Mentoring Program has been developed with the support of UN Women and has been operating since May 2019. The program’s beneficiaries are six women with three mentors working with them. The mentoring is carried out according to a pre-determined schedule by applying many interesting methods and techniques for personal and professional development.

The results of the project were already seen by the end of the summer when the direct superiors of the mentoring program’s participants assessed the labor productivity, decision-making skills and creativity of the beneficiaries and noted the improvement in these indicators. Women grew more self-confident and developed an ambition for career advancement and development. The project has not yet been completed and the company expects that the results will further improve and DIO will have qualified employees capable to overcome challenges, take independent decisions and assume full responsibility for their work.
