The main areas of J.S.C Miso Crystal's corporate social responsibility are the following:

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION: JSC Miso Crystal is working in various directions to make a positive impact on the natural environment. In terms of waste management, the company has allocated boxes to collect secondary paper and cooperates with organizations working on collecting it. In cooperation with CENN, Miso Crystal is responsible for taking care of cleaning two locations in Georgia over three years with the participation of its staff. At the same time, the company has planned training on waste management for its staff. The company is actively participating in various environmental protection events and campaigns such as: Earth Day, Clean Air, etc. In order to decrease the negative impact on the environment and increase awareness, the company has implemented an innovative project called Green Funding which aims to offer alternative green products to customers and support the funding of less harmful and ecofriendly products (e.g., hybrid and electric cars, energy efficient heating systems, etc.).

EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING: The company is striving to create new opportunities to promote staff involvement, enhance their motivation and support their professional development. The company's staff can benefit from various financial (medical insurance, fuel, transportation, free cell calls, maternity leave) and non-material benefits (additional holidays, special sales on products and services for staff). The company cares about the staff's health and their life and to this end it carries out various trainings in security issues. The company has also created an internal portal for its employees where any visions and initiatives of the company are jointly discussed. From 2018 and in cooperation with the local community organization, EDEC, Crystal has started to implement a project on the recruitment and support of people with disabilities.

MARKET RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS CUSTOMERS, CLIENTS, PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS: One of the main directions of the company is to protect customer rights and this is something which implies transparancy principles. The company provides customers with clear, sufficient and timely information regarding its products and services. The company has implemented a system for receiving and discussing complaints and, at the same time, it has constant communication with customers regarding the improvement of the quality of service and plans for future cooperation. Since 2018, the company has started to work on the economic empowerment of women. At this stage, 52% of its 90,000 customers are women. For the economic empowerment of women, the company cooperates with local and international financial institutes. As for cooperation with partners/contractors, Crystal considers and obligates relevant organizations to protect and recognize the universal standards for human rights. Crystal supports the popularization and creation of products made by local small and social enterprises. Furthermore, the company finances two exhibitions of social entrepreneurship through supporting the creation of their products. In addition, Social Credit was created in 2018 which implies support for social enterprises; specifically, 0% loans are issued without any pledge, interest or commission fee.

SUPPORTING SOCIETY AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY: The company implements many interesting projects in this direction. Specifically, projects supporting cultural and educational activities are organized such as, for instance, supporting the local library in a region, supporting and assisting local orphanages and supporting the development of the young generation. The company also supports local farmers; specifically, Crystal provides trainings and recommendations on agricultural issues for farmers. Crystal cooperates with local community organizations and the local population.
